Key Responsibilities:
Developing and executing sales strategies focused on expanding into new international markets (Europe and overseas).
Leading and motivating the sales team, setting targets, and ensuring performance excellence.
Identifying and establishing new business opportunities in foreign markets, including market research, networking, and direct sales activities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and business partners worldwide.
Negotiating contracts and commercial terms to maximize profitability and long-term partnerships.
Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborating closely with the technical and production teams to ensure tailored solutions for global clients.
Optimizing sales processes and implementing modern sales tools, with a strong emphasis on international business development.
Representing the company at international trade shows and industry events to enhance market presence.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales management within a technical industry.
Proven success in expanding sales operations to new markets and driving revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills combined with a strategic approach to sales.
Deep understanding of sales strategies and market trends in industrial or technology-driven sectors.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
